We all know that weight loss requires a lot of hard work. However, several studies have shown that if we change some of our habits we can actually lose those pounds without too much effort. These 5 tricks will help you lose weight without any drastic changes or diets.

This Vlog hits really close to home for me because I struggled with my weight for a long time. As a teenager I went through a really tough time from 13 – 16 ; I couldn’t figure out my body and I put on 40lb. This was a really tough time for me, as a result I want to share some of the tricks I learnt through to help maintain a healthy weight && more importantly a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.

I tried Israeli Self-defence called Krav Maga 👊🏽

At first I was super intimidated by the idea, but I quickly realized this wasn’t just any regular gym. They make sure it’s a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Krav Maga Toronto’s clientele is 50% female, and they host special events dedicated to women. They are actually hosting a Women’s seminar today from 4pm-6pm.

My instructor @kevin.yateman was an awesome teacher and taught me soo many awesome new moves 🤼‍♂️

I’m looking forward to my next visit at @kravmagatoronto

Today I went to Elle Fitness Toronto for a private boxing class with their master trainer Gill. I had so much fun beating up the bag and trying new things. This was a truly intense work out, it was awesome to combine the physicality of boxing with some cardio && really awesome music!

Vlog #12: Bringing my bf to workout “like a girl”

Hi  loves,

I brought my bf to my female only gym; Elle Fitness. It was so much fun to have my lover/ best friend working out with me. My bf is really athletic so I was unsure as to how he would do. You’ll just have to watch to find out 😉

After our workout we stopped by this brand new pizza shop in Summerhill called Yeah Yeahs Pizza. They have such good vibes, the pizza was great and they have a video game console to keep you busy while you wait for the ‘zza. I tried their new pizza special; Muscles from Brussels. It was a delicious mix of flavours that tantalized my taste buds. I would 100% recommend Yeah Yeahs to friends.

Food Vlog 2: My Favorite Healthy Recipe!!!!

This is my favorite recipe EVER! I love this recipe because it is so delicious yet so low in calories. And you get a FULL serving of veggies. I hope you enjoy!!!! && let me know what you think

Ingredients:

  • 3 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons of low-sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup of Water
  • 1 Tablespoon of Minced Ginger
  • 1 Clove of Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons of Rice Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey
  • 1 Package of Extra Firm Tofu Sesame seeds

I was super excited to try out my first Flex Lab Class at Barry’s Bootcamp. I stretched and worked out muscles I didn’t even know existed. I definitely recommend trying this workout! I’ve started a new health kick and to commemorate; I am going to share my adventure with you! I am planning to post a health related vlog every week and pack it with a bunch of my secret health tricks. I am very focus on eating healthy, and I want to share all my recipes with you!

 

My Top Tips

  • Only saute for a few minutes – you don’t want to overcook the zoodles as they may go mushy.
  • Don’t put too many zoodles in the pan at once and overcrowd the pan, cook in batches if need be.
  • If you spiralise your zucchini in advance, squeeze the excess moisture out, pat dry with a paper towel and sprinkle with salt before storing in the fridge.
