The Ste. Anne’s philosophy focuses on creating an atmosphere to help rebuild your strength, recapture your energy, and reflect on what’s truly important in your life. Taking time for yourself is crucial, otherwise your health, family, work and spiritual needs will suffer.

A stay at Ste. Anne’s Spa is an investment in yourself and your future well-being.

While you are a guest at Ste. Anne’s Spa, there are numerous facilities at your fingertips – we encourage you to explore each in your own time.

Facilities

Dining

Indulge without the guilt; as a Canadian health spa, Ste. Anne’s believes in nourishing the body on all levels. Relaxation would not be complete without taking care of the great appetite that develops during your stay at the spa. They have gone to great lengths to put together a dining experience that is both healthy and wholesome. You will notice that they don’t discuss calories or fat content on our menus. The dress code in the dining room is very casual, be yourself, and be relaxed!

Their culinary team considers the healing powers of food for the body and soul when creating Ste. Anne’s breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. Specifically designed to intrigue and delight, each dish generates a strong response from guests who appreciate the creativity while taking comfort in knowing that every ingredient is hand-selected after thorough consideration.

Ste. Anne’s has their own farm and uses their own cattle for their beef offerings. I really enjoyed the fresh steak and eggs in the morning (pictured below).

Ste Anne’s Bakery

Ste. Anne’s Spa Bakery specializes in freshly prepared gluten-free baked goods. Whether popping by during your visit, or on the way back home, this cozy bakery and café features a wide selection of cookies, cakes, frozen desserts, breads, jams, chocolates and fruit butters made from products found on the Ste. Anne’s property. Make sure you try their tarts as they have recently been added to Kawarthas Northumberland Butter Tart Tour. The bakery serves organic, locally roasted coffee and specialty teas, as well as quiche made with a gluten-free crust, fresh salads and a variety of wraps and sandwiches.
