The manager Chris walked us through the menu, and explained that they include foraged and local ingredients in their dishes. He told us about their fermentation & preservation practices for some of the dishes.
A favourite was the venison carpaccio with foraged chanterelles. The 14 day aged duck was also tasty; each piece would melt in your mouth. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding, this was the best meal I have had this year.
Eleni made us tasty custom cocktails to pair with our dishes; she is a well-versed & talented mixologist.
It’s all in the details here. The beautiful dry-age fridge is a wonderful edition to the modern decor.
